The Ivy League’s spunky younger brother, Cornell was founded in 1865 by two dauntless, dashing fellows: Ezra Cornell and Andrew Dickson White. They shared a radical vision—to create a university where "any person could find instruction in any study”—a quite ambitious and unique idea for its time, if we do say so ourselves! Here at 1883 Clothing Co, we salute Andy and Ezra for their triumph in establishing what was to become one of the Great Eastern Universities.
